Hello! I’m a final-year Ph.D. candidate at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. I am on the 2025 - 2026 job market. My research interests lie in Development Econimics, Regional and Real Estate Economics, and Public Policy, with a particular focus on land property rights, human capital, place-based policies, and rural entrepreneurship.
