Hello! I’m an assistant professor at the School of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development, Renmin University of China. I got my PhD degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. My research interests lie in Development Econimics, Regional and Real Estate Economics, and Public Policy, with a particular focus on land property rights, rural development, and sustainability.
